Worth writing about

• The checker gave you a wrong answer. Tell me the route, what happened, and what it said. Corrections get made.
• Your airport is missing. The database covers 3,244 airports with scheduled service. If yours is not in it, say which one.
• A rule has changed. Compensation law moves through court rulings. If you know of one the site has not caught up with, send it.
• An advert is misbehaving. If you saw a pop-up, a redirect or a fake download on this site, tell me what it looked like and on what device. That is not supposed to happen and it gets removed.

Not worth writing about

I cannot file your claim, chase your airline, or tell you what a court would decide on your particular facts. For an actual claim, write to the airline yourself, or escalate free of charge to the national enforcement body in the country you flew from.
