Nothing leaves your device. The airports, the distance calculation and the compensation rules are all built into the page itself. When you pick a route and press the button, the answer is worked out by your own browser. Your flight details are never sent to this site or anywhere else, are not logged, and are gone when you close the tab.
There are no accounts, no logins, no newsletter, and no forms that submit anything.
Three outside services are involved in serving this page, and they have their own privacy practices that this site does not control.
If you follow the sponsored link to a claim company, you leave this site and their privacy policy applies from that point. The link carries a tracking parameter so that a commission can be attributed. It does not pass on anything you typed into the checker, because the site never had it.
This site is used mostly by passengers in the EU and the UK, so the GDPR and UK GDPR are the relevant law. Since the site itself holds no personal data about you, there is nothing here for you to access, correct or have deleted.
For the data the advertising network holds, the request has to go to that network rather than to this site. You can also block advertising cookies in your browser settings, or use an ad blocker, and the checker will carry on working normally.
